How do I claim my winning prize amount?

Prizes up to ₹10,000 can be disbursed directly by the seller or sub-agent within 30 days. For prizes above ₹10,000, the original winning ticket (with details filled on the reverse) along with the prescribed application form must be submitted to the Directorate of Small Savings, Banking and Lotteries, Punjab (Vit Te Yojana Bhawan, Sector-33A, Chandigarh) within 30 days from the publication of the result. Applicable T.D.S. will be deducted at source.

What happens if a prize is not claimed within 30 days?

In case the prize winners claim does not reach the Directorate within 30 days, the right of the winner to claim the prize amount thereafter shall be extinguished in accordance with the Punjab State Lotteries Rules 2015.

Who decides in case of a dispute?

In case of any dispute, the decision of the Directorate of Small Savings, Banking and Lotteries, Punjab shall be final and binding. The legal jurisdiction of this lottery shall be only at Chandigarh.
